Web app - first 15 minutes
For invited testers on the Maater web app. Product app: app.maater.ai. Public site and install links use maater.com. Hop Studios teammates: start with the Hop pilot page for account + workspace invites, then return here.
Steps
- Accept your Maater account invite (check spam if missing) and set a password. After you sign in, accept any workspace invite in Inbox if you are joining a team workspace.
- Sign in at app.maater.ai (or the app URL Rowan sends).
- In the left sidebar under Workspaces, turn on the workspace you were invited to (it should look selected). If Browse looks empty, that workspace is probably off.
- Connect Basecamp under Settings if your workspace uses it.
- Optional: connect MCP from Cursor, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or Perplexity Computer.
- Open one doc; ask chat a question about it.
